Welcome to BitKingz. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, our games and our sportsbook. By creating an account, or by using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Eligibility and Registering Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register with us. When you complete the BitKingz register process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and belongs to you personally. We permit only one account per person, family, household address, e-mail, IP address, phone number, account number, payment card, e-wallet or device. Attempting to open multiple accounts, including through a Bit Kingz login created under a different identity, may result in suspension of all linked accounts and forfeiture of funds.

Before releasing any withdrawal, we require verification of your identity (KYC). Document review can take up to 30 working days. If we are unable to reach you by phone or e-mail within two weeks of a withdrawal request, we reserve the right to lock your account and cancel the pending withdrawal.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We apply daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits of 2,500 EUR, 5,000 EUR and 20,000 EUR respectively, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
